In the world of online retail right now, everyone is going straight from the holiday shopping season into the National Retail Federation’s annual NRF Big Show week in New York during the days ahead. I’m sitting that out this year, but I’ll be no less busy. In fact, there are two big projects coming up for February that I’m looking forward to sharing more about soon.
